Important Announcement – Pemberton Surgery is moving to Accurx for online requests!

From Friday 28th August 2026, Pemberton Surgery will be changing our online consultation system from AskMyGP to Accurx.

What you need to know:

Existing AskMyGP requests

If you have already submitted a request through AskMyGP, there’s no need to worry. All existing requests will continue to be managed and responded to as normal.

You can still contact us by telephone or in person

Our telephone lines will remain open during our usual opening hours. If you’re unable to use online services, you can continue to contact us by phone or visit the practice, just as you do now.

All requests are triaged in the same way

Whether you contact us online, by telephone or in person, your request will be assessed through the same clinical triage process. Requests are prioritised according to clinical need and urgency.

Where appropriate, you may be directed to another healthcare professional or service, such as your community pharmacy, a First Contact Physiotherapist, or local wellbeing and support services, ensuring you receive the right care, first time.

Important dates:

Thursday 27th August 2026 – AskMyGP will close to new requests at 6:30pm.

Friday 28th August 2026 – Accurx will go live and become our new online request system.

You will be able to access Accurx through the NHS App or via the Pemberton Surgery website.

Thank you for your patience and support as we make this change. We look forward to providing a simpler and more accessible way for you to contact the practice.
